Nutella Lava Brownies
One box of your choice of brownie mix (I used dark chocolate)
Mix brownie according to box instructions. Grease about a dozen muffin tins.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Scoop brownie batter into each greased muffin tin about 1/3 full (I used one table spoon) Add a generous dollop of nutella in the middle of each muffin tin(1 teaspoon). Add more brownie batter on top until it’s about 2/3 full. This is key not to over fill so you won’t have a overflowing muffin tin.
Bake them for about 20 minutes. A knife inserted near the side of the brownies (not where the nutella is) should come out clean.
Let the brownies cool in the tins for about 5 minutes, and then use a butter knife around the edges to loosen and remove brownies. Serve while warm with some nice cold ice cream (optional).
